Introduction : Ours is a private Limited company and are associated with Two Wheeler/ Three Wheeler Industry since 1975 making OE components (Two Wheelers as well as Three Wheelers) Like Wheel Rims, Saddles, Luggage Boxes, stepney Brackets, Mudguards, Silencers and other Sheet Metal Components like Meter Boxes Single Phase and MCB Box xxxxx Important Customers : Bajaj Auto Ltd., Pune, Maharashtra Scooters Ltd., Satara, LML Ltd., Kanpur, Scooters India Ltd., Lucknow, Mahindra & Mahindra, Zaheerabad ,TATA MOTOR&＃039;S Lucknow,BAJAJ TEMPO LTD,International Tractors Limited,Kerala Automobiles Ltd,Kerala and EMCO Meters Ltd, Mumbai /Dadra.Accurate Meters Ltd.Noida. We also have a network of our own Dealers all over the country. Through Exporters our products are marketed to countries like Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal. Share of business with the above companies ranges between 40% to 100% of our seats. Like we meet 100% requirement of Maharashtra Scooters Ltd., Satara and 40% at Bajaj Auto Ltd., Pune. We have recently entered new line of making MCB Boxes for electricity Boards of Maharashtra and U.P. Specialization : We developed Wheel rims for Scooters India Ltd.,and their Licencess and were single source. We also developed Wheel Rims of LML Ltd., Kanpur and their very first two orders were on us. We were their single source for about six years and thereafter had 50% share. For last 3 to 4 years they have installed their own Transfer Press and are making in- house We were also supplying to Automobiles Products of India (API), Bhandup, Mumbai. We have tooling and Dies for Bajaj Three Wheelers for making Wheel Rims from 2mm and 2.5mm .We have, recently, developed Dies For SUNKU Three Wheeler Rims . For Vikram (Scooters India Ltd.,) we have now developed Dies to make Wheel Rims from 3mm HR/ CR sheets Machinery & Equipment: A detailed list is enclosed herewith. We have our own tool room and also make use of Tool Room of CIPET which is just opposite our unit. Their list of machinery and equipment is also enclosed. We are well experienced and with Skilled Personnel to take up the job. We employ about 100 people. We have strict Quality Standards and necessary gauges, instruments and Standard Process checking systems. Our rejections are negligible. Our continuous supplies to Bajaj Auto Ltd., and Maharashtra Scooters Ltd., and also other customers for last 20-25 years speaks of our ability to make quality products.
