Luoyang Huaxiang Packing Co., Ltd. is located in the capital of nine ancient dynasties and the peony city - Luoyang, in Henan province. Set up in 1998, our company covering an area of about 20,000 square meters is a high-tech enterprise and integrates research, design, production and sales. We have more than 300 staff members, among whom technicians and the engineers account for 30. We have 3 masters and 12 bachelors graduating from 18 universities. Besides, our company is equipped with about 180 sets of equipment, including Yarn extrusion machines, circular loom machines, loop machines, printing machines, sewing machines and bag-making machines. Our annual capacity for bulk bags reaches over 1,000,000 pieces. Huaxiang plays an important role in the plastic field relying on professional skills.
Our main products are Flexible Freight Bags - FIBC (also named container bag, bulk bag, jumbo bag, and big bag) and Ground Covers--G/C. FIBC is a flexible package container, which has the advantages of being damp-proof, dust-proof, anti-radiation, strong and safe. In addition, the construction of the FIBC is strong enough. In recent years, the efficiency of loading has been improved obviously for the convenience of the FIBC loading. Generally, FIBC is woven by PP and PE plastic materials, and is used to pack varies of chemicals, building materials, plastic products and mineral products, which appear as powder, granule, block and so on. FIBC is a deal products in the field of storage and transportation.
Ground Cover has the advantage of keeping wet, storing fertilizer and increasing yield. Furthermore, Ground Cover can kill grass and save labor to get better benefits.
So far, the number of equipment in our company is more than 300 sets. There are 3 sets of great Yarn-extrusion machines, 16 sets of circular loom machines, 10 sets of loop machines, and the sewing machines are about 250 sets, bag making machines 4 sets, and printing machines 2 sets.
Our company won the right to import and export in 2005 and passed ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System Certification and High-Tech Product Certification in 2007. In addition, we obtained the Export of Dangerous Goods Containers Quality License in 2008 and "huaxiang packing" trademark Registration in 2009.
Since 2000, our company has been in cooperation with EAST HOPE GROUP. So far, those great machine or chemical enterprises like YTO GROUP and Xiangjiang Wanji, have long been our business partners. AGRO-JUMAL SP.Z O. O. from Poland is our European customer. We have been cooperated for over 6 years. Marubeni corporation is the third big trade company in Japan, and we have formed business relationship with the enterprise from 2007.
