We are the first European polyol plant in Russia. It was built in accordance with the modern European technologies, in compliance with all international regulations of ecological and industrial safety. It was put into operation in 2009. The plant?s total capacity makes 18.5 thousand tons of polyether annually. The plant is equipped with a laboratory that allows manufacturing at the high level of quality. The installed equipment allows producing all known types of polyols for rigid and elastic systems.
All polyols have a brand name of PROPOL.
Currently polyols for rigid foams are produced. They can be used in polyols mixtures to produce rigid polyurethane foams, polyurethane coatings, poured floor, cast polyurethanes and binding materials. High average efficiency of PROPOLs makes them irreplaceable in formulae of rigid polyurethanes where well spreading systems and high heat resistance of ready materials are required.
Universal equipment and highly qualified staff allows the new enterprise offering a unique service at the Russian market for production of special polyols according to the specifications of a particular customer.
