JSC ‘DPL’is an advanced foundry certified to ISO 9001. 15 years of experience in developing cutting-edge casting and molding technologies allowed the company to become the undisputed leader on the market of manufacturing cast components from ductile iron, alloyed cast iron and heat-resistant steels. Full close-loop production cycle for castings with automated flaskless molding allows manufacturing up to 3000 tons of high-quality cast parts a year with only 100 employees engaged in production.  

Thanks to advanced technological level of the plant, augmented by horizontal flaskless molding line (green-sand molding) and vacuum molding process (V-process), as well as its own production of molding cores with Resol-CO2-process and shell process, JSC DPL deserves the status of the leading innovative manufacturing facility for casting in the Eastern-European region.

Casting capabilities are further supplemented by powerful CNC machining resources with vertical and horizontal milling machines.
