The family farm was only 15 acres the first year, in 2004 it has reached 230 acres and are adding 70 new acres most of it to be planted in 2005. This will make the farm the third largest farm in Quebec. First harvest in 1996 : 11,561 lbs. This year our crop reached 5,300,000 lbs, with the additional 70 acres in full maturity, we estimate the crop at about 7,000,000 lbs. A cleaning station was built in 2001. The fruits that now leave the farm are ready for wholesale.
