In October of 2007, Tianli invested $2.3 million dollars to improve the overall company?s operation, from staff training, Human Resource to R&D and Quality Control System, and continuous investment each year. Not only improve the operation, Tianli also focus on the improvement of working environment and modernization of factory and manufacturing equipment. At the present, Tianli also has a new plant that is under construction and is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2010.
