Background:KOYO Elevator Co., Ltd., established in 2002 in China, is a professional designer, researcher, manufacturer, installer and maintainer of elevator, escalator, passenger conveyor and car parking system. KOYO ELEVATOR CO.LTD (referred to herein as KOYO CHINA) a popular Chinese elevator manufacturer, had entered into a number of tender contracts with the Gauteng Department of Public Transport, Roads and Works during the period 2008. The contract was successfully completed in 2010 and KOYO CHINA decided to register a company in South Africa in 2011 in order to provide better after-sales services to local customers. .KOYO ELEVATOR INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE (PTY) LTD, herein to be referred as KOYO SA, was registered and established in South Africa in 2011. KOYO SA is a 100% owned subsidiary of KOYO CHINA and has continued to provide maintenance and services representing KOYO CHINA. KOYO CHINA provide full support to KOYO SA on every aspect.Except the existing Engineer team and warehouse, KOYO CHINA dispatched a long-term international sales team to KOYO SA in 2014.
