We are KONG LAP PRECISION MOULD INDUSTRIAL LIMITED, a company based on Hong Kong and we produce a wide range of high precision standardized and customized products. We fabricate spare parts for moulds from various kinds of materials, such carbide (CD650) , pottery, copper, aluminum, tool steel, etc, according to customer requirement.
We have educated technicians and experienced workers, as well as 30 advanced equipment, including 1 CNC machine, 4 EDM machines, 5 high speed wire cutting machines, 1 slow speed wire cutting machine, 10 milling machined, 20 grinders, highly accurate testing equipment, 1 projection instrument, highly exact rulers and exact measures. Kong Lap has the ability to make 20-30 sets of medium and complicated moulds per month.
We attained ISO9001: 2000 certification in 2005. We hold the concept of "quality is the credit standing". Having years' experience of exporting business, apart from buyers in the domestic market, our customers are from Europe, Japan, the Middle East, Singapore, Australia, and Southeast Asia.
