DOP is a common low cost commercial plasticizer which has excellent plasticizing performance, above average performance in volatility, aqueous extraction resistance, good electricity insulation, UV resisting property, and thermal stability. DOP is a high boiling organic solvent, and is compatible with major polymers and resins. DOP is soluble in oil, but not in water.
