Company Introduction
Kama Crystal Technology is a modern plant applying advanced technology in growing synthetic sapphire for electronics and optics.
Kama Crystal Technology offers a range of products for LED industry:
- boules
- ingots
- wafers
- sapphire parts (windows, blanks, rods, tubes, lenses, watch glasses, defencive screen for mobile devices)
We produce 2" to 6" diameter ingots with C, A, M or R plane orientation.
The growing technology is the Kyropoulos method, capable of growing up to 60 kg crystal with diameter up to 300 mm.
During the first phase of the investment program we expect to start the production on 50 crystal growing machines.
The quality control starts from the beginning of the crystal growth up to the ready products. According to the customer`s requirements we are able to produce and process high-quality goods of sapphire crystal, of any shape and different sizes.
Material: Al2O3 - 99.997%
Density - 3,98 g/cm3
We achieve high precision manufacturing with tight tolerance, high quality products through strict process control and advanced high tech metrology equipment. These processes are employed in all phases of production from crystal growth through epitaxial substrate polishing. We provide complete material traceability from raw material to finished products. All products undergo intensive quality inspection processes utilizing our sapphire quality control experts and automated metrology equipment.
