We are currently in the market for D2 & JP 54.  We are looking for about 500k-1MM MT per month of D2 and & up to 5MM bbl/month JP54. If price is right we can have a long and prosperous relationship. There is too much garbage out there and would like to deal with a refining source. We have the financial backing and are more than happy to deal through the banks. If you are an allocation holder and can provide so much as a tank receipt (1 pg of POP) before an FCO you will have a done deal. Please let me know if this is possible.
