The JO TRADING LTD is an Agro-Industrial Complex that grows, processes and markets tropical export crops.It operates in SOUTH Africa and in the Central African sub-region. It&＃39;s operations management is directed by a General Manager and governed by a Board of Directors also headed by a Chairman.Currently, its plantations cover a total of approximately 38,000 Hectares of land and constitutes a workforce of over 9,000 employees making it the second highest employer after the state of South Africa There are two Oil Mills located at Upington which are also two major Palm Estates. The mills produce top quality Edible Oil and Palm Oil and Palm Kernels. The mills are managed by Mill Managers who are all engineers. They are closely supported by Mill Engineers and technicians in different respect in running the mills.The processing capacity of Mondoni Mill is 55tons/Hr while that of Idenau Mill is 35 tons/Hr. To keep the mills running for maximum output, a maintenance scheme is put in place and carefully followed.
