Our pet food plant, designed and built strictly according to the standard of pharmaceuticals, is at the leading position in domestic, installing the advanced machines introduced from Japan and Germany. The whole manufacturing process from the input of the raw material to the output of final product is under the strict control and inspection. And also, all our products are manufactured in aseptic working conditions.
There are two workshops in our pet food plant, with the total building area of 4000m2. The first workshop is used for manufacturing dried pet food and the second one is specializing in manufacturing UHT pet food. The plant has 20 dried room, 2 smoked room, 2 Japan-made UHT sterilizer and 2 Germany-made cutting machines in total. Our pet food plant adopts circulative rail technology, making the products heated evenly while they are being processed. In addition, the two workshops has certified by ISO 9001, HACCP and FDA. With the above-mentioned two workshops, our annual productive capability reaches 20000 tons, among of which, 7000 tons for dried pet food, 5000 tons for canned food, 4000 tons for sausage products and 4000 tons for other pet food.
