Production capacity:
Weaving machine
We have more than 60 weaving machines, include 20 dobby jacquard weaving machines and 40 jacquard weaving machines, and 3 knitting machines for t-shirt. We can keep a high quality on the beginning..
Printing machine
We have 2 printing machines for towel, which are made in Taiwan. The largest size of the towel we can print is 200x250cm. The colors of the towel could reach up to 12. And 5 printing line for t-shirt. After printing, the towels will be sent in to the dye pattern, in order to keep good color fastness.
Washing machine
We have 2 washing machines. The towels are unfold when washing. It is good to keep the good color fastness, and also, it can make the velour more regular. After this work, the surface of the towel will be more flat, and the towel feeled very soft.
Compressed machine
We have 8 compressed machines.
1. Compress the towel or t-shirt into any custom shape.
2. Put printed paper card on the up and bottom sides of the towel.
3. Packed the goods by shrink wrap.
Sewing workshop
We have 60 weaving machines. The worker are experienced enough, they do sew the products very carefully.
Dressing floor
We have more than 50 works in the workshop, they are very careful and professional in towel and t-shirt trim working. The goods will be inspected by our works and packed into carton.
