At present Jinan JingHeng mainly specializes in the development and production of semiconductor discrete. In the middle of 1980&＃039;s, we had established an IC package product line with PANASONIC; in the early time of 1990&＃039;s, we introduced the advanced technology and equipment of diodes from America, Germany, Japan, Taiwan, etc., and has founded the product basis for various diodes. Now, JingHeng has become one of the biggest manufacturers of semiconductor chips and finished product in China. Whether on product scale or quality, our schottky rectifier diodes and DB series are the first class in China. We also founded YunDa switching power supply company with Taiwan manufacturer, which has developed over ten series, and thousands of kinds of products from 1w to 500w, widely used in communications, electronic equipment, computer net, auto-control and so on.
