Our company name is Jiaxing Mingtong Photovoltaic Co., Ltd.

We specialize in producing solar silicon chips; our technique is based on Jiaxing Research Institute for physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. We have a great demand of crystalline silicon, in the current phase, our consumption is 20 tons/month, and annual consumption is around 250 tons, in the next three years our consumption for the crystalline silicon material will reach 500 tons per year finally.

Our requirement: silicon doped in all of materials must be not less than 99.9999%.
