Company Introduction
The predecessor of our company is JIANGYIN Brach Factory of JIANGSU HAILU Boiler Group, established in 1996. The branch factory mainly produces water-cooled parts of waste heat boilers and pipe fittings of special elbows. Integrating resources, intensifying advantages, making the enterprise stronger and realizing specialization of products, the branch factory jointly funded JIangyin Hailu Metallurgy Co., Ltd. with Suzhou Hailu Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. (listed company) in 2003. With down-to-earth entrepreneurship, efficient and standardized management mode, the enterprise stepped on the path for rapid development and makes progress every year. Our main product vaporization cooling flue has rapidly taken up greater domestic market share and is exported to South Asia.
Main products enjoy great fame in China. Our company has 11 national innovation and inventions patents. We have been certified as "A Hi-tech Enterprise of Jiangsu Province" and our products have been identified as "Hi-tech Products of Jiangsu Province".
Our company has acquired annual production capacity of more than 30000 tons of such products as flue-type waste heat boilers and pressure vessels, vaporization cooling flues, refining water-cooled flues, water-cooled furnace covers, membrane water-cooled wall and Omega special shaped steel tubes.
Our company has one old factory (office) and one new factory (plant). It covers a total area of 80000sqm, and the area of plant buildings is more than 50000sqm.
Our company has more than 50 sets and units of spectral analysis, physical and chemical test, nondestructive test and pressure withstanding test instruments and other testing instruments for various materials. Our company now employs more than 550 employees, including 138 technicians and engineers,21 holders of intermediate and senior professional title, 72 welders holding special equipment manufacturing certificate and 5 intermediate and senior NDT personnel.
Our company holds "Class A Boiler Manufacturing License", "Class A2 Pressure Vessel Manufacturing License", "ASME Manufacturing License"."ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System Authentication Certificate".
