Jiangsu Xiangying Hardware Spring Co., Ltd is a professional manufacturer that produces different kinds of spring, steel wire and stamping parts. It covers a total area of 22,000 square meters with workshops of 14,000 square meters and located in Jiuhua Industry Zone, Rugao city, Nantong, Jiangsu Province, which has beautiful surroundings, comfortable weather and convenient traffic.
"XIANGYING" Brand of steel wire and spring has gained the honor of "China Famous Brand", "Provincial Famous Trademark", "The City Well-known Trademark" and "Star Products".
Our annual production capacity of steel wire is about 10,000 tons, with more than 40 new types wire drawing machines, heating treatment equipments, pickling and phosphate equipment. What's more, the Blued Straight Steel Wire is independently developed by ourselves, as the practical and new type patent product (Patent Certification No.1088148), mainly used for the traffic control line.
Besides, we can manufacture all kinds of different springs with wire diameter from 0.2mm to 30mm, including compression spring, extension spring, torsion spring, steel wire formed, suspension spring, which can be customized according to customer's special requirement. Our spring products are applied to a wide range of fields, such as automobile and motorcycle accessories, mechanical manufacturing, electronic tools, stationary, sports appliances, coal industry etc.
Our spring production project, with an annual production value of more than USD12, 000,000, has more than 30 sets of advanced computer spring coilers, automatic heating treatment lines, grinding machines, reliable test machines as well as a complete set of auxiliary facilities.
