Product policy:

1. LED chip: Nichia chips with Citizen packaging, Cree, Samsung, Sharp
The chip module for BR/PAR lights FYI:
BR20/PAR20: CLL020-1204 Citizen
BR30/PAR30: CLL030-1206 Citizen
BR40/PAR38: CLL030-1208 Citizen
2.IC: We uses the Iwatt IC chip for driver. The IC is produced in America, not in China. If we use the Domestic IC for driver, the price lower at least half
3.Plastic cover: we use Mitsubishi plastic from Japan. This plastic particle under microscope is globe, while the domestic is square. That means the reflection is better.
4. The fins of Radiator: some factories use less fins in order to lower the cost. But we use more fins, which will be better for heat disppation.
5.The equipment:We have 6 Yamaha SMT machines, 1 Toshiba SMT machine for producing driver.
6. Test: All the products , including CFL and LED, must pass 80 degree 5, 00hours oven test if there is any change in components.
7. Aging time: 8 hours.
