China Petroleum Equipment & Technology Export Base created with the support of Oil China Commerce Council and Leadership of Suifenhe City Municipal government. In the creation of the export base assisted: Association of Russian and Chinese Businessmen, Russian Chamber of Commerce in Liaoning, Government of Russian Partisansk City, Russia's Primorsky Territory Commerce and Industry Joint. China Petroleum Equipment & Technology Export Base is created to became a platform, which will host the annual exhibition and sales, and also will provide technical services and maintenance services for chinese and foreign companies. Russian certification organization ROSTEST sent representatives to work on the exportbase. All products where necessary will take the required certification (GOST, PTH).

Export-exhibition complex consists of an indoor pavilion, an area of more than 14 thousand square meters, and an open pavilion with an area of more than 80 thousand square meters. Export base has a advantageous location, as it is located in the economic center of Northeast Asia.

Centennial Suifenhe port borders with developed territories of Russian Primorye, is a transport channel for the marine and ground transportation, allows Chinese north-eastern territories to participate in international labor divisionr, and is an important "window" and "bridge" for cooperation. Every year, Suifenhe zone trade with Russia occupies one-tenth of the countries total volume. Port Suifenhe daily takes more than 300 businessmen and visitors from Russia.
