We are taking this opportunity to introduce Industrial Rubber Products or IRP  a highly reputed  Company with 40+ years of experience in manufacturing, supplying and exporting of various Rubber Components in the core sector of Automotive, Defence, Construction & Earth moving Equipment, Farm Tractor Equipment,  Power Train, Transformer,Bus ducts and  Mining & Engineering. We Manufacture specialized products like Metal to Rubber Bonded, Moulded Products, Silicone Hoses, Shaped and corrugated Hoses, Extruded Hoses,  Bus Duct Bellows and various complex hand built products.  We design the product as per customers’ drawings and requirements. Properties and performances are tested as per customer standards like SAE, ASTM etc. We are supplying various rubber components to OEM like Ashok Leyland ,Volvo Eicher ,Asia Motor Works,, Kamaz Vectra, Leyland Nissan, Same Deutz, Tafe ,Simpson ,Greaves Cotton, Schwing Stetter, Ajax Fiori, Leyland Deere ,Hindustan Motors, Best and Crompton ,Alstom etc. And also supplying Hyundai ,Maruthi ,Ford ,General Motors, Renault Nissan , Tata as a Tier-2  through Rane NSK, Rane TRW, Rane Madras, Brakes India, Meca Plast ,Jamuna Auto, ITW, Yazaki etc.

  Our laboratory is fully equipped with modern test facilities like Mooney Viscometer, Rheometer, UTM, Computerized Tensile testing Machine, Low temperature test chamber, Compression set apparatus, Air and Oil Ageing Oven, Melting point apparatus ,Muffle furnance, Rebound resilence tester, Hoses Endurance Testing Machine, Engine Mounting Endurance Test Machine, etc.

We are an accredited ISO 9001 and ISO / TS 16949 Certified Company and have a road map to attain EMS-ISO 14001: 2004 & BS-OSHAS 18001-2008 Certifications by end of April 2014. Â Our team is comprised of highly experienced technologists and qualified engineers along with a hardworking and disciplined workforce which has made us one of the reputed and trust worthy quality rubber component manufacturers.

We importraw material from well-known manufacturers like DuPont, Denka, Kumho, KCC, Dow Corning, Tosho, DSM and Nippon Zeon. Carbon black and chemicals are purchased from Cabot Corporation, Bayer, DOG-Chemie Germany, Posto refractories in Japan, Kawaguchi Chemicals, Robinson Brother Ltd U.K. etc. Best grade of natural rubber is procured domestically .Tools and mandrels are outsourced from strategically approved sources. The quality of incoming raw materials /sheet metal / tools is controlled and assured through inspection / testing at our in-house lab as per Quality Plan.Our previous year turnover was Rs.29.00 crores and we plan to achieve Rs.35.00 crores in the year 2014-15.

Our new state of the art manufacturing facility is equipped with the latest machineries having various control features for the manufacturing of Moulded and Rubber to Metal Bonded Components, Extruded hoses, Wrapped and Smooth Hoses, Silicone Hoses, Hand Built Bellows. These include mistake proof weighing system, 35 litre Kneader with Conveyer, Open Mixing mill with stock blender, Cold feed cross head extruder, Vertical braiding machine, Horizontal braiding machine, Horizontal knitting machine, Vulcanizer with PLC Control, Auto Control Hydraulic Presses, Desma Injection moulding machine, and Phosphating plant for metal surface treatment etc. For manufacturing of Smooth finish hoses we have a continuous line comprising of tube extrusion, knitting/braiding, adhesive application and cross heading.
