M/s Ideal Printographics Pvt Ltd is just five year old company for its Web Offset Presses assembly but since last more than 25 years its associates companies had been business partners to most Web Offset Presses manufacturers located at Faridabad.

As on today M/s Ideal Printographics Pvt Ltd is assisted by its group companies in areas like Forgings, Castings, Heavy Duty machine shop, Plano Miller, Boring Machine, CNC Boring Machine, CNC shop for sheet metal components and last but not least hard chrome plating plant.

Fastrek machines are taking technical advantage of heavy investment in state of the art CNC sheet metal manufacturing on Amada machines for complete packaging of printing presses.

Fastrek family of products include Mono Units with integral Reel Stand, Stack Units, 3 Colour Satelite units, 4 High Towers to produce quality colour at par with international manufacturer of repute.

Fastrek machines are printing a variety of published material ranging from newspaper and periodicals of books with variety in colours and pagination.

Fastrek automatic Reel Changer is capable of pasting up to 30000 copies per hour has got a unique feature for pasting half width paper rolls. Main features of Fastrek automatic reel changer are built in auto/manual electrical controls PLC operated. Fastrek auto reel changer does not have big size gear train and very small size servo drive takes care of accelator arm movement. Automatic movement of expiring rolls out of the spider arm under printing unit is when roll dia reaches to dia 400 mm. Automatic reel changer is suitable for 42 dia roll capacity and 36 width roll capacity.
