International Company " ANTARES " Ltd. (Ukraine, Kiev) was established 1994. Since 1999 we started project for arranging titanium production. For that purpose were gathered skillful specialists in vacuum electron-beam technology. During 1999-2003 specialists of our company designed, produced and installed new electron-beam furnaces for melting titanium ingots / slabs and different alloys. For production of titanium ingots we use advanced vacuum electron-beam technology. The basis of our manufacture is two vacuum electron beam furnaces with power 2, 5 W each one. Each such furnace allows to produce 2, 5 thousand tons of titanium ingots per year. With the same success our furnaces electron-beam can melt other special and refractory metals. Now, we are in a process of installing new electron-beam furnace with power 3, 5 MW. We plan to start usage of new electron-beam furnace since the beginning of 2009. Now we have possibility to produce wide range of titanium ingots and slabs: Titanium slabs: Size: 180X1300X4000 mm, 250X1300X4000 mm, 400X1300X4000 mm. Titanium ingots: Size: diameter 800 mm and length up to 4000 mm, diameter 620 mm and length up to 4000 mm, diameter 400 mm and length up to 4000 mm, diameter 380 mm and length up to 4000 mmBasically we produce CP titanium Grade 1, Grade 2 and other according ASTM B265, ASTM B348.
