Hydra Mining Tools International Limited is based in the South Yorkshire area of the UK. An area renowned for its mining, steel making and heavy engineering industries. Hydra Mining Tools and its predecessor, Hall & Pickles Tool Company, have been associated with mining activities since the earliest days of mechanization. Hydra Mining Tools operate from two sites in the UK and two overseas. The head quarters of the company is at Rotherham, where carbide, mineral cutting tools, toolholders, cutting chains, conveyor rollers, blast cleaning nozzles and related components are produced. The Doncaster factory specializes in fabrication work, producing shearer drums, cutting heads and discs, jibs for cutting chains, and conveyor structure. In addition a wide range of general machining activities, plate rolling, profile cutting and press work facilities are contained within this site. Our overseas units are Hydra Tools International (Inc. ) in the USA and Hydra TMMG China. Each site is equipped to service the needs of local industries.
