Founded in Daejeon, Korea in 2009, HWARIM R&D resulted in Image Puzzle Security System (IPSS) - Lipex, an innovative symmetric cryptography that optimizes data encryption speed while maintaining the top level of security. Lipex solves the technical challenge of delivering reliable high-performance real time encryption of analog signal or data stream over networks with low bandwidth including voice stream and video stream. It is also optimized as encryption engine to be embedded in the cryptographic module on various devices, such as CCTV, printer and scanner to real time encrypt the critical data processed. On 2012 HWARIM successfully developed Analog Radio Embedded Cryptographic Module under a defense technology project of Korean MOD.

Meanwhile HWARIM has also developed revolutionary 2D-Barcode solution, named Lipex Code. The advantage of Lipex Code towards conventional 2D Barcode solution including QR code is that given the same size of code, Lipex Code offers the highest reliability as well as a broader capability to encode amazingly various type of contents from text strings to IMAGEs when all the competitors only convert texts, url or a piece of codes. Its advanced nature enables the best multifunctionality especially in authentication industry.
