HTB v/dHurk Technische Bedrijven
Established in 1982, HTB focuses on the Construction and Building industry in The Netherlands. Supply consists of consultancy in the field of material management and the deployment of heavy duty equipment. Besides consultancy HTB supplies electrical tools and equipment. Parallel to serving the domestic market, HTB started conducting various projects in Africa. Over the years HTB has been member of The World Bank and privileged member of The European Community in Brussels.
MSI Marketing and Supplies of Industrial Equipment
In order to separate export from local activities, Ger established MSI in 1987. Over the years MSI conducted export projects in the field of landscaping, water-treatment, irrigation, solar energy, food and heavy-duty equipment. Various projects have been executed in Abu Dhabi, Belgium, Egypt, Germany, Libya, Swiss, and Tanzania. For a strategic alliance in Libya, MSI established sole agencies with renowned companies, such as BT International AB Sweden (forklifts), Cascade Corp. USA (material handling products), ELOPAK - Norway (filling lines and PUREPAK cartons), Ingersoll Rand Corp. USA (compressor manufacturer) and POLS Generators BV The Netherlands (generator manufacturer), for the Libyan market.
MSI Marketing of Survival Instruments
Driven by a strong interest for rescue and survival instruments, Ger established (his 2nd) MSI in 1995. With this company he became the sole agent for Dupont (Canada), marketing their Emergency Escape Smoke Hood in the Benelux market. MSI supplies this product through a self established dealer network of eighteen dealers fifteen in The Netherlands, two in Belgium and one in Luxembourg.

Throughout the past three decades Ger has built up a wide scope of experiences, ranging from (international) trading, (international) document management and conducting projects from tender to invoicing. At present Ger assists companies to enter the African or Asian market and/or establish their local agent network.
