Copper Cathode Inquiry Poster

We are minerals direct buyer. Now, we want Cu99.99% copper cathode with the following quantity from a single supplier:
First shipment-500mt, second-1000mt, third-2000mt, and then, 3000mt x12month.
Price: 16% discount from LME, CIF Guangzhou, China
Payment terms: Irrevocable, revolving, non-transferable, 7 days usance LC issued by the 50 prime banks.  100% payable within 7 days after CIQ inspection at the unloading port.
Seller must issue 2% PB prior to our LC, unless you  show us the strong evidences that you are doing the same business with China.
We welcome all copper manufacturers or their investors, or actual sellers who can meet our requirements to provide the offers.
We do not accept mandates because we will not issue BCL, we do not sign NCND ( If you do not accept our conditions, please do not waste time).
