Subject-Turmeric/ginger oleoresinsI am a farmer in the Terai region of Uttranchal,Indiagrowing Turmeric under poplar plantations, having a holdingof approx 100 acres.As an attempt to add value to my product at the farm, I have recentlyinstalled a stainless steel distillation unit along witholeoresin plant. I shall be starting production of turmeric oleoresinafter harvest in about a fortnight.I am in a position to process approx 4 qtls of ginger/turmeric per dayyielding about 10-12 kgs of ginger oleoresin/or 35-40 kgs of turmericoleoresin.Besides above crops I shall also be processing(for oil/oleoresin)my coriander, european dill and tuberose in near future.I seek marketing support for the above mentioned products .Thanking You.Gurpreet [email protected]
