We are the company involved in the consultancy for Iron Ore Pelletization, Iron Ore Beneficiation & Fines Based DRI Plants.We undertake the Projects on Turnkey basis and take responsibilities right from Designing to Errection of the Plant and Train the manpower to the required level skills, so as to give the best results out of the Plant Production. We can also undertake the Plant operational responsibility for the period of One year, in which all the Maintenance, Operations, Production and Staff Training shall be our resposibility. We have sucessfuly designed the 500, 750, & 970 TPD Iron Ore Pelletization Plant and 50, 100, 200 and 500 TPH Iron Ore Beneficiation Plant and Also 100/200/300 TPD Iron Ore Fines to DRI (Sponge Iron) Plant using Iron fines to Produce Sponge Iron with the latest and cheapest technology. In the Beneficicaion Plant, the Grade of Fe is enhanced upto +65% Fe and Silica, Alumina and Phosphorus removal upto the Required level is done ie Silica + Alumina < 3. 5% and Phosphorus < 0. 025% , irrespective of the Silica & Alumina contents (above 14% Silica & above 5% Alumina) . All the Plant and Machinery are based on the Indian Standards and with Indian spares and materials, which results in low in cost and easy availability of spares. The quality of Pellets are very high in terms of Tumbler Index ( + 95% ) and the Abrasive Index is very low resulting in low generation of Fines in the either Transportation or Sponge Production. The very high Crushing Strength could also be attained (upto 950Kg / Pellet) usually commercial Pellets available bears Crushing Strength upto an average 150-200Kg / pellet. We can also design the Plant as per the requirement, that is, the Plant can be either Stand-alone Unit or It can also be Integrated with existing Sponge Plant, resulting in On-line production of Sponge Iron directly from Iron Ore Fines. This process becomes very economical, as no external heat is required, all the waste heat from the existing Sponge Plant is utilized through the recouperation duct assembly only.
