With initial importation of these bicycles from as a start-up operations, the joint venture agreement irrevocably allowed for the establishment of modern assembly factory with advance production equipment, in three (3) assembly plants around Nigeria commencing from a location in Ogun State near Lagos within the next five (5) years. This joint venture will ensure the production of more than 200,000 pieces of electric bicycles per annum with export to many countries in Africa, Europe and America.
