Histas A.S. was founded at 1987 as a subsidiary of Hisar Holding. The main occupation of Histas A.S. was the construction sector of Turkey. In 1993 Hisar Holding Shareholders took a decision to seperate the companies into private entities and Histas A.S. has been managed independently by a part of the family.

Being in the construction business mainly focused to build private homes and cottages, Histas A.S. saw on opportunity to go into the Patio Furniture Business in 1993 and started importing Garden Furniture for first time in Turkey. In present day, Garden Life is the leader brand name in outdoor Furniture segment of the market with Garden Centers.

Home Life concept created in 1999 is now at the top podium with the rest of well established indoor decoration showrooms and growing agressively.
