It takes about 90 minutes by car to the provincial capital, Zhengzhou. We connected other city with expressway, such as Zhengzhou,Luoyang,Xinxiang,Jincheng&＃65288;Shanxi Provincial&＃65289;.The convenient and efficient transportation and logistics make the business well. The company occupies more than 80,000 square meters, plant area is 20,000 square meters and we have the investment of over 100 million Yuan. Our designed capacity is 20,000 tons per year.     Our company now holds a high-end technical team in the fields of casting and machining.the company was through TS16949 and ISO9001: 2002 Quality System Certification by SGS in August 2008 ,It will guarantee the high efficiency of new product development and the stability of product quality, and make Xingpeng casting the leading position in china.    Our company equipped with the advanced static pressing automatic production line, the sand preparation system (Denmark DISA Company), the medium frequency induction furnace (United States Inductotherm Company) and Direct Reading Spectrometer (Germany) etc.        Our main products are various types of auto parts. We can offer the high quality gray iron and ductile iron castings in mass production.. We are planning the second phase of production line (100,000 tons castings),  the capacity is increasing to 120,000 tons.
