Helios Photovoltaic Co., Ltd. operates a state of the art plant located at the Jiangsu Province, P. R. China, mainly its focus on manufacturing solar modules and integrated solar power systems for home and industrial applications. From the very outset of our establishment, it was clear to us that our success lays on producing competitive solar power products, cost-effective prime quality photovoltaic systems. For this reason we have focused on the economical production of high efficiency solar modules by further designing high yield grid and/or off grid systems. By setting up four modern solar module production lines equipped with the latest high tech equipment, we guarantee the highest quality of our products. Our materials are all carefully selected, we corporate with world well-known suppliers/ manufactures for the silicon wafers/ cells, for other components of our modules, (the Trans-parent Glass, EVA, TPT, Cables & Interconnection Box and the Aluminum frame) we use certified materials from well established manufactures and suppliers from Germany, Italy, Spain, Japan, USA and China. Our quality control is extensive; we examine and test comprehensively all materials before entering our production lines. We operate under very strict procedures regarding the hygiene and the cleanness of our premises, our office and working areas are sterilized and temperature controlled, we apply laboratory conditions throughout our production lines. Since we always keep on searching for efficient solutions, we seek out new materials and techniques, for the best economical performance of our products and to control effectively the performance and cost of our systems. Our production engineers are flexible to organize different orders by quickly adapting our production lines, providing our customers with different selection of solar modules, and for a wide range of sizes from 10 watts to 300 watts, from the smallest to largest application as a solar power station.
