The inherently slow settling rates can support frac height containment, for example; these rates offer more effective screen coverage in horizontal openhole gravel-packing operations.4.Economic benefit:when purchasing proppants, it's counted by ton, while it's counted by cubic when using them in fracturing activities. Obviously, for the same weight, the volume of1.45g/cm(bulk density) proppants are significantly more than the1.65g/cm(bulk density) proppants. Which means the buyer get about 10% more proppants for the certain weight.
