Our company is also a diversified enterprise with the combination of producing spiral welded steel pipe, longitudinal weld steel pipe, anti-corrosion coating and insulation layer application. Hebei Yuancheng Industry Co., Ltd., with a spiral steel pipe factory, currently has six spiral submerged-arc welded pipe production lines, covering Q235B, Q345B, 10#, 20#, X42~X80, L245~L415 steel grade, according to the standards of SY/T5037-2000, GB/9711.1-1997, GB/T9711.2-1997 and APISpec5L. We can produce 300 thousand tons of steel pipes per year. With large-scale quilling machine sets, our company can produce OD610mm-OD5,000mm longitudinal welded steel pipe with wall thickness of 14mm-100mm and length of 3,500-8,000mm.
Hebei Aolande Industry Co., Ltd., invested by Hebei Yuancheng Industry Co., Ltd., can produce OD325mm~1,420mm LSAW steel pipes with wall thickness of 6mm~100mm and length of 6,000mm~12,000mm, and transportation pipelines for petroleum, piling pipes, bracketing pipes, bridging pipes and many kinds of steel frames of exhibition centers.
