Established in 1983, the former Sitong Cashmere Factory, Hebei Sitong Cashmere Product Co., Ltd has been undertaking the cashmere business for about 20 years. Following the Law of Corporation, it becomes one standard stocks corporation in 1999. And it is authorized the right of export and import in 1999.
