We supply Aluminium Cheese Pipes made from Hard Aluminium Alloy for long and wear-free life. Aluminium seems to be expensive for initial investment but shall be always economical compared to MS Cheese Pipe if all factors are considered i.e Power consumption, vibration & maintenance etc. These pipes are made in 2.5 mm or more thickness to withstand the call of duty in this industry. Sizes available are ID 32mm , ID 35 mm , ID 90 mm Special sizes can be developed to suit special needs Aluminium pipes can be supplied plain i.e. mill finish or Anodized or or Powder coated . However, by-far the most common reason for coating the cheese pipes is to provide a uniform reflection co-efficient for colour detectors at the loom. Black is generally the preferred colour for this purpose. Other colours can also be imparted on demand.
