JSP WOO Harbour Plaza Mobile became a wholly owned subsidiary of Sprint JSP WOO Corporation upon completion of Sprint's merger with jsp woo in August 2004. JSP WOO Harbour Plaza Mobile now has more than 3.1 million customers.
