I am a gasoline and other fuels ( including Diesel, Kerosene etc.) wholesaler in Philadelphia, USA.

Inorder for me to pull the gas from refinery and sell it to local retailers, I need provide LOC to the refinery.

Would you be interested in providing standby LOC and what would be your fees ?
