Hankou Roll-forming Steel Plant of WISCO was established in 1965 with the main products of pack rolled sheets. Hankou has changed direction to manufacturing roll-formed steel sections since 1979.
After more than 20 years development, Hankou enhanced the output and the market share year by year. Now it has become the national large-scale professional factory, vice-president of association, national standard drafter. Its domestic market share reached more than 10%. Production and sales volume occupies the first level in this field.
Hankou totally contains 6 first-class production lines and 4 slitting machines, including the PR1200�4.0 production line, which was imported from Austria. Annual productivity has reached 150,000 MT. Currently it has more than 200 senior & junior professional technical persons, who are capable to design and produce a wide range of roll formed open and closed steel sections according to customers' requirements.
Hankou?s products take the lead in China. And it got ISO9001 Certificate in 2002. Moreover, couples of roll formed steel sections have got lots of national patents. ?National Roll-forming Steel Product R&D Center of China? was located in Hankou.
It also achieved the ?Best Management Award? in 2004, which was authorized by IQNET. The roll formed square, rectangular &. channel products of Hankou got the ?Gold Cup for Metallurgical Product Practicality Quality? in 2004, which authorized by China Iron &. Steel Industry Association.
Hankou has developed more than 2000 specifications. And the roll-formed products of Hankou were widely used in the fields of building, machinery, mining, chemistry, railway, vehicle, highway, grand bridge, and container, etc. Hankou got self-import &. Export authority in 2004 and their products were exported to South-east Asia, Europe, North America and Africa, etc.
