Our company is a Sino-foreign joint venture specialized in manufacturing meltblown (MB), spunbond-meltblown-spunbond (SMS) and spunbond-film-spunbond (SFS) nonwoven fabrics. We use STP PP SPUNBOND fabric line and SMS meltblown production line, both imported from ITALY Currently, our combined annual output for nonwoven fabrics is 13000 tons. Apart from fabrics, we also manufacture numerous other types of non-woven products at our sub-company (Jinqiang jinqian Complex Material ). These include disposable surgical gowns, work clothes, masks, shoe covers and shopping bags. With a total investment of USD 15, 000, 000, our factory covers a floor space of 34, 000 square meters. Additionally, in 2009, we purchased a specialized line to produce nonwoven fabrics with anti-static, anti-blood, anti-alcohol and anti-bacterial properties. Our factory enjoys very convenient transportation, being just 2hr from Shanghai port and 40â?? from Hangzhou airport . The factory is located in the center of ring speed and 320 nation highway . In early 2004 we received ISO9001 quality system certification. Yet we are still constantly researching new ways of improving and upgrading our QC methods.
