And in 2010, our new factory Zhejiang Dachuan Air Separation Plant Co., Ltd was also established. SASPG has a staff of nearly 300, a total asset of 208,000,000RMB, an occupation area of 53,450m2, building area of 39,527m2. Zhejiang Dachuan Air Separation Plant Co., Ltd occupies an area of nearly 100 acres, building area of 60500m2. There is also a digging dock belongs to Zhejiang Dachuan which has a capability of transporting 500 tons of large pieces of goods with dimensions of 50m*10m*7.5m into Shanghai port through Peking-Hangzhou canal. It is also equipped with various equipments and machines in total of 230 sets, such as large-sized lift equipment, underwater plasma cutting machines and automatic welding machines, etc, which has the ability to produce air separation plant in capacity of 60000~120000Nm3/h.

Our design of plant uses low pressure, cryogenic technique and rectifying to gain pure oxygen, nitrogen and argon by liquefying air under the theory of turbo-expander chilling cycling. There are mainly three sizes of the air separation plants, which are large, middle and mini, to meet the different need of different customer.

The series of vacuum powder tanks of our company are divided into vertical and horizontal. They are used for storing liquid oxygen, nitrogen, or argon and have the advantages of long life, compact design, less occupied space, central control and easy operation and maintenance. These tanks can be widely used in various industries, such as machine building, chemical engineering, synthetic fiber, medical, food-stuff, mining, electronic and military engineering, etc. Except for the series of products we have, we can also design and produce cryogenic tanks with different capacity and pressure.
