In according with the following standard TCVN- 94N46 (Vietnam), AWS A5.1- E6013 (USA), JIS Z3211- D4313 (China), and TCVN 6259- 6: 1997, grade KNW1, KNW2, No 115/00CN dated 28/09/2002 by Vietnam Register.
