Originally founded in 1974, by Bill Hughes a noted trucker who serviced a lane from Chicago to New York and later serviced southern states. H&W Transportation is now our trucking division. After numerous customers needing resolution to their many supply chain problems, HWLogistics was created to supply customers with specialized services. We are now located in South Holland, Illinois which is south of Chicago&＃039;s 94 interstate exit and minutes away from rail yards. We are housed in a 40,000 square foot warehouse with service doors, dock doors and climate control. Known as HWLogistics, we are your warehouse and transportation specialist. A specialized supply chain service that help customers with special replenishing needs for demand of their products. We help our clients with expedited freight, warehousing and local Chicago pick up and drop offs We run a service lane out of Chicago to the New Jersey area and also to Dallas and Houston and San Antonia, Texas. Simple put we help resolve just in time demands. Our fleet of trucks consists of owner operators with an average of 25 years in the trucking business. We have daily shipments of freight leaving for the east coast and southern borders daily. We take great pride in making sure that your freight arrives on time and intact. We are now in our third generation of operating in the logistics business and boast of the numerous customers that we have worked with over the course of 30 years. We respectfully know that there are less expensive operations out there but none that can offer the service that we can, the prices that we offer to customers are seldom questioned or contemplated.
