Guilan Oil Refining Company (The brand name is Varian)
Guilan Oil Refining Company is located 200 Km northwest of Tehran. The plant began production in 1994 and produces 6000 mt of mainly engine and gearbox lubricants per year. It currently produces mono grade engine oils of SAE-30, SAE 40 and SAE 50 variety, and also multi grade engine lubricants 20W 40, 20 W 50 or 10W 40.
Guilan Oil Refining Company also produces lubricants for two stroke cycle engines, hydraulic.
Our range of lubricants are marketed in one, four and twenty liter containers and 208 liter barrels. Our products are sold throughout Iran with distributors located in all major provinces.
Guilan Oil Refining Company Varian has 50 employees, 40 of whom are located at the factory and 10 are in the head office. The management of the company has extensive experience in the oil refining and re-refining business in Iran. The company also has sales office in Bandar Anzali (major port on Caspian Sea) , for marketing and sales of its products in Central Asia.
Varian is known in the Iranian market for the high quality of it s products. Quality control measures are rigorously followed at every stage of production through regular testing at our well equipped quality control lab. Iran standard institute also takes samples of our products once every month for independent testing. All our lubricants are produced according to National Iranian Standard.
