Guangzhou Botai Optical Visor Co., Ltd. is the new name of Yaohui Optical Visor Factory.
Since 2002, we now have become the leader in lens & visor optical products manufacturing. Our products are shipping in China and all over the world. Our factories are ISO9001:2000 and BSCI certified and we have internal lab for testing our product to the most difficult norm in the world such as CE, ECE22-05, SNELL or DOT.
We have 4 successful factories:
Visor Factory: We are the No. 1 helmet visor manufacturer in China and certainly in the world with our advanced production all integrated from PC injection, surface treatment such as hard coating or anti fog treatment to mirror finish and assembling.
Goggle And Eyewear Factory: This is our fastest growing business with double digit growth every year. We have an extended line of OEM goggles developed internally suiting ski, snowboard, MX and army tactic markets. In 2014, we are introducing our new line of sunglass all developed internally with top class design and finish.
Diving Mask And Swimming Accessories Factory: Thanks to our great success, we have created a new factory dedicated to this strong business to set an new capacity for the coming years. Our production is all integrated from lens injection and treatment to silicone caps and technical injection for diving mask.
Tooling Factory: Based on 2D or 3D drawing, our tooling department with an extended CAD team will finish your design and create tooling design to insure the best quality of injection product. We are specialized in very technical multi slider injection tooling such as big ABS motorbike shell or high precision surface treatment steel tooling for PC lens visor injection.
