The company introduces new operating parameters that optimizes production, reduce scrap generation, minimize production downtimes, produce better product quality, reduce power consumption and optimize employee utilization. The training creates extruders operators not glorified machine operators who understands the happenings inside an extruder and react to it to achieve the above. The company provides classroom training and on floor training without major disruptions in production schedule. A separate and more intensive training program for management is also provided to make them more knowledgeable in reacting to and provide solutions to production problems.
