At Green Planet Tyre Recyclers we produce a wide range of products from scrap tyres at our factory in West London, the products are as follows:
1. TDF (Tyre Derived Fuel) the chips are 25mm in size and 98% wire free
2. Equestrian down to 12mm and 98% wire free
3. Small Granulate 0-2mm with a purity of 99.9%
4. Large Granulate 1-4mm with a purity of 99.9%
5. Powder: 20 Mesh 0.84mm, 30 Mesh 0.59mm, 40 Mesh 0.42mm
6. Tyre Wire which is 99.9% free from contamination.
We are able to produce the above products in large quantities as we process between 6 and 7 million tires per year, the tires we process range from car, van, truck, lorry and agricultural tires. We use the latest and up to date technology on the market today
