Fromage Magazine is an exciting new upmarket publication to be launched mid year 2010. This glossy coffee table magazine will come out bi-monthly, starting with our first issue May/June 2010. The magazine will be available for the 2010 annual Cheese Festival in Franschoek, Cape Town. Fromage readers are among the most discerning clientele who enjoy a sophisticated lifestyle. They are well travelled, spend much of the their leisure time entertaining both at home as well as frequenting many of our fine dining establishments. For these discerning readers, Fromage Magazine will highlight everything there is know about cheese. The publication will feature well established cheese estates as well as some lesser known cheese manufacturers both in South Africa and overseas. Every issue will feature the history of some famous cheeses overseas, including there origin and history, cheese routes in South Africa, trends, tasting's, wines and ports. The Publishers will also require information for our travellers - Hotels, lodges, guesthouses and restaurants who specialise cheese dishes on their menu. We are looking for contributors for our international section on the different cheeses of the world. The articles must be informative and entertaining for our readers, all photographs must be of the highest resolution and available to be used in Fromage magazine. Contributors will have the Estate name and contact details noted in our listing section. Articles are to be ± 2000 words that is excluding any other travel information for the surrounding area.
