Goldsun Joint Stock Company (Transaction name: GOLDSUN) has the head-quarter and two factories in Hanoi which are specialized in producing packaging and household appliances. These two factories are located in Phu Dien and Minh Khai Industrial Zone in Tu Liem District, Hanoi, Vietnam. Goldsun Joint Stock Company is the result of merging two companied namely Nhat Quang Co., Ltd (established in 1996) -the company owned production enterprises of packaging and household appliances and Quang Vinh Co., Ltd (established in 1998) -the company managed the distribution network of household appliances and kitchenwares under GOLDSUN brand name.
In December 2005, Mekong Enterprise Fund has invested USD 1, 550, 000 into Goldsun Joint Stock Company to make Goldsun become the first foreign-invested joint venture in the field of producing household appliances in Vietnam Northern Region.
The headquater of Goldsun is located in Lot 7, Minh Khai Industrial Zone for Small and Medium Enterprises, Tu Liem District, Hanoi.
